On Saturday, October 8, 2016 the heads of departments and managers of the BTL company participated in training on service maintenance: SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL SERVICE or what does customer would like to get.
The training was conducted in Kiev office of the BTL company under the leadership of coach Irina Stegostenko. Participants learned in practice such topics as: the company’s values, priorities in the work of various departments, the rules of communication with the client and team work of managers, the setting goals and monitoring their implementation.
The training gave clues and suggested the ways of effective time management and quality fulfilment of duties, how to use opportunities and efforts, how to formulate and carry out tasks, how to think more creative and effective.
All the staff have highly appreciated the work of the coach, interesting presentation, usefulness and value of the information.
