6 participants from Kazakhstan spent 4 unforgettable days in Kiev within #UkrainianGastroTrip.
Guests from Kazakhstan were tasting coffee at The Fair Finch and wine at The Trubetskoy, made chocolates presents with their own hands at Lvіvskіy chocolate Studio and learned to sculpt dumplings and make Chicken Kiev at “Shinok” restaurant.
In addition, guests from Kazakhstan had fun at the alcohol master class in The Beef, prepared cocktails themselves and of course had a drinking party afterwards. They visited street food festival and places of successful restaurateurs, appreciating the concept of the restaurant, food and service.
They met the contemporary writer Anton Friedland at an Odessa style dinner at the GastroRock restaurant, talked about coffee with a representative of La Kava in One Love Espresso Bar with stunning views of the church, and then visited the restaurant with a special history and extraordinary Ukrainian dishes, which can be accessed only with a password: “Last Barricade”, and finally met up with the hostess of “Lybov Morkov” in her own place.
